Plant to Plate: Growing and Cooking with Microgreens
Thu, Feb 2 • 6:30pā8pJoin Clemson SNAP-Ed and the Seed Library to learn all about how to grow and eat microgreens!
Incorporating a colorful variety of fruit and veggies in your diet doesn’t have to be complicated and during colder months growing some of your own fresh veggies is a great option to add nutrients to any meal. We’ll discuss the pros and cons of fresh, frozen and canned fruits and vegetables, and use our microgreens to create two recipes. You’ll leave our 1.5 hour class with the confidence to create delicious meals with microgreens, and a full kit to grow your own! Registration required.
