Our app has been updated and is now operational. Please delete the app from your device and reinstall it for full functionality.
- Once reinstalled, you will need to select “My Account” > “Manage Accounts” and follow the prompts to add back your library card number and PIN.
- If your library card number and PIN did not get erased upon deleting and reinstalling the app, you will need to manually remove your credentials to ensure the app is fully compatible with our current library system.
- To manually remove your library card, select “My Account” > “Manage Accounts” and tap the “Remove” button. Follow the prompts to remove your card.
- Select the “Add a Library Card” button to add back your information.
