What are the three types of meditation and why does it matter which one you practice? These are just a few of the questions that will be answered in this workshop. No prior experience is necessary- this session is designed to help you understand the basics and become better informed of the benefits and misconceptions regarding meditation. You will experience at least two types, and will walk away with clear guidance as to which form of meditation you wish to pursue.
