Renew & Return
Items with no holds will be automatically renewed twice. Items may be returned to any Greenville County Library System location regardless of where they were checked out.

- 4 Playaways or Vox Books

Fines & Fees
Overdue items • 20¢ per day with $6 maximum for most materials
Overdue 30+ days • Full replacement cost of item
Lost or damaged materials • Full replacement cost of item or cost to replace individual parts, packaging and/or accessories. Replacement copies will not be accepted.
Interlibrary loans (ILL) • $1 per day for overdue items
Returned checks• $36 handling and processing fee
Accounts that owe $10 owe more • Borrowing privileges suspended
Accounts with lost items that owe $25 or more • Referred to collection agency; additional $10 fee
Access Your Account Online
Accessing your library account online lets you:
- View and renew checked out items
- Place holds
- Opt in to save reading history
- Opt in to receive email or text notifications
- Pay fines and fees
You will need your library card and PIN numbers to log in to your account. Your library card number is located on the back of your library card. The PIN is usually the last four digits of your phone number. If you can’t remember your PIN number, ask a Librarian.
