AAF Greenville, as a member of the American Advertising Federation, is dedicated to the freedom-to-advertise principle. The club seeks to serve its industry and its membership through networking and socialization; addressing worthwhile causes through advertising, advancing professional standards; fostering education and advertising awareness for students; advertising professionals, elected officials, and the public; protecting and promoting the industry's self-regulatory process; and recognizing creative excellence in advertising.
The Better Business Bureau is an independent non-profit organization that works to combat consumer fraud and to maintain ethical practices in the advertising and selling of products and services. The Better Business Bureau promotes ethical relationships between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.
The Chamber's purpose is to promote Fountain Inn as a viable place to live and work. The mission is threefold including economic expansion, community growth, and member development. The Chamber provides information on industries and businesses in Fountain Inn to business representatives, newcomers, and others.

The league is an organization for professional women artists, writers, and composers. The NLAPW was founded in 1897 as a professional organization for Women Artists, Composers, and Writers. The Carolina Piedmont Branch was founded in 1951.
SCORE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the small business community through no-fee mentoring and business counseling and low-cost/free workshops.
The Small Business Development Center provides confidential consulting and management training courses tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners. Key areas of assistance include business planning, financial planning/loan packaging, starting/expanding a small business, marketing and resources for procurement and international trade.
The South Carolina Firefighters’ Association provides services such as education, training, benefits and representation to the fire departments of the state. The association enhances the professionalism and capabilities of the fire service in dealing with incidents involving fire, rescue, hazardous materials, acts of terrorism, and natural disasters.
