The mission of the Greer Cultural Arts Council is to serve the Greater Greer Community by providing affordable cultural arts opportunities. The council offers the highest possible quality of training and events. All activities reflect the highest moral standards. The Greer Cultural Arts Council encourages the participation of all citizens, regardless of age, creed, ethnicity, gender or economic status. Through art, music, dance, and drama, the council hopes to enrich the lives of the citizens of Greater Greer and surrounding communities.
