United Nations Demographics Yearbook

The United Nations Demographic Yearbook (1948 – 2005) collects, compiles and disseminates statistical data from official national authorities on population size and composition, births, deaths, marriage and divorce on an annual basis. Demographic Yearbook special topics issues cover additional topics such as economic activity, educational attainment, household characteristics, housing, ethnicity and language, among others on an irregular basis.
