Holiday Cupcake Extravaganza

Join cupcake artist Vonda and Rebekah Rutland for new cupcake designs for the upcoming holidays. Open to children 7 and up with an adult caregiver. Each pair will decorate and take home six cupcakes. $10 materials fee per pair includes cupcakes and a decorating kit. Registration begins September 21. Call 277-0161.
