Bicycle Riders of Mauldin

The club promotes scenic bicycle rides at a moderate pace on low-traveled, Greenville County roads. The group is open to any person above the age of 12 who rides a bicycle for exercise and recreation while wearing a helmet.

Blue Ridge Amateur Radio Society, Inc.

The Blue Ridge Amateur Radio Society has been of service to the amateurs of Upstate South Carolina since 1947. The club is involved in many Public Service Activities, Operating Activities, and Emergency Operations. The Society maintains several repeaters in the upstate for both voice and packet. BRARS also has an annual hamfest in the spring.
Membership is open to any person holding a valid Amateur Radio License.

Foothills Paddling Club

The club promotes safe recreational boating and organizes trips and social outings including flat water and white water paddling on local rivers and lakes. The group is involved in education, training, and conservation of river habitat. Trips are scheduled throughout the year. Families are welcomed.

Foothills Trail Conference

The Foothills Trail is a 76-mile woodland path along the Blue Ridge Escarpment in Northwestern South Carolina. The purpose of the Foothills Trail Conference is to promote and coordinate the use of the trail by the general public.

Friends of the Greenville Zoo

Greenville City Recreation Division

The City Recreation Division meets the leisure needs of the City of Greenville by providing a broad range of affordable recreational activities and opportunities improving the quality of life. Services offered include informal education for self-improvement and self-enrichment through courses in areas such as arts and crafts, home economics, music, and drama. A full range of recreational activities is also provided including physical fitness and team sports.

Greenville Drive Baseball

The Greenville Drive baseball team is the South Atlantic League affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The team plays in downtown Greenville at West End Field. Modeled after Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, West End Field boasts its own “Green Monster,” a 30-foot high wall in left field, equipped with a manual scoreboard.

Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club

The Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club was organized to promote bicycling by making available to its membership and to others information on safety, proper bicycle maintenance, and competency in riding. The club acts as a voice in the community as to the utility of the bicycle as a means of transportation and the pleasure of bicycling planning. The group sponsors and encourages recreational cycling activities and actively promotes bicycling safety in the community. The Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club are an organization run entirely by volunteers and they the support and membership of the community.

Greenville Track Club

The Greenville Track Club, established in 1972, is the 2nd oldest running club in South Carolina and 3rd oldest in the Southeast. The membership includes athletes of every ability level and age group from casual walkers to premier runners and track and field athletes throughout the Southeast. The schedule of activities includes road and trail races featuring some of the top runners in the southeast, fun runs and walks, and summer track and field meets with events for every member of the family. There are also social activities such as monthly meetings, an annual picnic, and an awards banquet.

Greer Amateur Radio Club

The Greer Amateur Radio Club is for radio hobby enthusiasts of all ages. Meetings are at 7:00 pm on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Woodman of the World building, 720 E. Poinsett Street Extension, Highway 290, in Greer.

Lake Hartwell Sail and Power Squadron

The Lake Hartwell Sail & Power Squadron is a unit of United States Power Squadrons and was organized in 1914 as a nonprofit, educational organization with the goal of making boating safer and more enjoyable. The squadron's activities involve both educational and social aspects. Members continue their boating education through a series of courses in seamanship, navigation, and related nautical subjects. The Squadron also offers free vessel safety inspections to the public.

Palmetto Ski and Outing Club

The Palmetto Ski and Outing Club is a year-around outdoor activities and social club composed of singles, couples, and families of all ages. Special Olympics Greenville

The Special Olympics program offers training and competition in 15 different sports. Two full-time Recreation staffers direct these programs with help from hundreds of community volunteers. There are no fees for Special Olympics programs.

Team Greenville

Team Greenville is a year-round swim club for all ages. Team Greenville exists to provide the people of the Greenville area with a full service, competitive swimming program sanctioned through the Greenville County Recreation District.
