Join us for Family Fridays, a series of free programs designed to entertain the whole family. The programs are held on one Friday evening each month from October until March. Families who attend Family Fridays programs enjoy performances by a variety of talented professional artists, including musicians, puppeteers and actors. These programs have been generously provided by the Friends of the Greenville County Library System and are free and open to the public.

Rick’s high-tech show incorporates computers, guitars, banjo, steel drum, harmonica,
slide whistle and, of course, kazoo. For the grand finale, everyone in the
audience receives a free kazoo and becomes part of the kazoo band. Rick’s performance
is more than a show, it’s an event! |

with an overview of the Civil Rights Movement in America, the play soon shifts
to explore the work, trials and tribulations of this heroic man. In dedicating
his life to justice and equal rights, Dr. King became the youngest person to
ever win the Nobel Prize for Peace. This program is best appreciated by school

In this twisted tangle of tales, two childhood favorites have been cleverly
“squished” together with just one Big Bad Wolf to share in all the hilarious
fun! Lee has huffed and puffed new life into this production through the use
of rod puppets, hand puppets, clever music and an original script. |
