About the Bookmobile
We are excited to announce our new bookmobile. Nearly six months in
the making, the new diesel bookmobile is 25 feet long and 11 feet tall.
It has power for air conditioning, heat, and lights to better serve our
users.
We have a unique interior design. This includes two service desks, adjustable
shelving and display racks that will showcase magazines and library information. |
- A Greenville County Library System card must be presented when borrowing
library material, otherwise picture identification is required.
- Circulation periods vary according to the material checked out.
- Renew items by calling the Bookmobile or any branch, or access your
card via the website.
- Requests may be given at the Bookmobile, through our online catalog,
or by telephone.

- Library materials borrowed from any library location may be returned
to the Bookmobile. Bookmobile items may be returned to any Greenville
County Library System location.
- If a Bookmobile fails to meet its schedule, patrons will not be charged
for overdue materials.
- If Greenville County Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the
Bookmobiles will not operate.
